That's why we built a group practice — not a solo office. Our team brings together therapists, psychiatric providers, and coaches with different specialties and backgrounds, so we can match you with the right person for your specific needs. Whether you're dealing with crippling anxiety, a relationship on the rocks, or just a nagging feeling that life could be better — there's someone on our team who gets it.

We have two locations in San Pedro and Bixby Knolls/Long Beach, plus teletherapy for anyone in California. Because getting help shouldn't be hard.
