With 35 years of experience, I offer therapy grounded in compassion, clinical depth, and deep respect for your personal values. When meaningful to you, I welcome faith and spirituality as part of the healing process. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. My intention is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and truly understood from the very beginning. In our first session, I gently take time to understand your story—what you’ve been through, where you are now, and what you’re hoping might change. My goal is for you to leave that first meeting with a clearer sense of direction and a feeling that you’re not alone in the process. I see therapy as a partnership. I will listen carefully before offering suggestions or perspective, allowing space for your story to fully unfold. I strive to be warm, present, and nonjudgmental, while also being honest and direct in a way that feels supportive. Together, we will move at a pace that feels right for you—especially when working through more difficult or painful experiences.
